Among all the Heartland creations, the legendary “08 Shiro Shinzang” established the now-classic combination of a long rod and PE line, earning enduring support for its remarkable versatility. That signature action has now been revived.

The blank, constructed with HVF Nanoplus, features a slimmer yet thicker-walled and highly resilient build. The addition of a full-layer X45 shield completely eliminates blank twisting, resulting in unprecedented casting accuracy and allowing the rod to deliver its full potential performance.

The center-cut two-piece structure, equipped with Heartland’s unique “Hera-style joint” and V-Joint, produces a seamless bending curve comparable to a one-piece rod. The result is a user-friendly, deeply versatile rod capable of handling a wide range of lures with exceptional control and smooth performance.
