DAIWA IMPRESSA Rod Series
The DAIWA IMPRESSA series is a high performance Japanese ISO and offshore fishing rod designed for anglers who demand reliability, sensitivity, and strong fighting power. It combines advanced carbon engineering with practical fishing performance, making it suitable for a wide range of saltwater environments.
The blank is built with high density HVF carbon material. This structure reduces excess resin and increases carbon fiber density, producing a lightweight rod with strong backbone power and smooth bending performance. It provides stable control when fighting medium to large offshore fish.
The rod uses X45 anti twist carbon construction. By placing carbon fibers in diagonal angles, the rod reduces twisting during casting and fighting. This improves accuracy, power transfer, and overall rod stability.
MEGA TOP solid tip technology is used in standard models. It provides high sensitivity and clear bite detection. The soft tip allows fish to take bait naturally, improving hook up performance in difficult fishing conditions.
Lightweight FUJI IM guides are used in the upper sections of the rod. These guides reduce weight at the tip, improve balance, and reduce line tangling during repeated casting and float control.
The rod is designed with a smooth progressive bending curve. It absorbs fish runs evenly across the blank, reducing stress on the line and improving control during fights around rocks and strong current areas.
Different models cover various fishing styles. Standard models are ideal for float fishing and general ISO fishing. Multi models offer adjustable length for different environments. HR models are designed for stronger fish and heavy current fishing. ENTO models focus on long distance casting and powerful offshore targets.
The IMPRESSA series is a balanced rod lineup that offers strong performance, good sensitivity, and reliable durability for saltwater anglers.
