The Gamakatsu Gamaku Grand Impulse Series is an elite Japanese heavy-duty bottom fishing rod developed exclusively for targeting giant grouper, ara, and other massive deep-water predators. The fundamental concept behind the Gamaku Grand Impulse Series is to eliminate unnatural resistance during bait intake while maintaining extraordinary fighting strength once the hook is set. Large bottom species such as giant grouper and ara are known for their cautious feeding behavior and tendency to reject bait when they sense unnatural tension.
