C66L-LM (Finesse Cranking Special)
The C66L-LM focuses on finesse cranking — a style that awakens many bass anglers.
Like the C66ML-LM, its longitudinal fibers are entirely made of low modulus carbon, giving it a soft, elastic feel.
By incorporating the “h-shaped taper” at the tip, the rod dances subtly during retrieve, offering a glass-like smooth resistance-free retrieve while maintaining carbon’s sensitivity — letting you sense line resistance and bottom contact that glass rods cannot convey.
Though it features a fast taper, its low modulus carbon composition and slightly tip-heavy balance make it surprisingly easy to cast even light lures, allowing compact, low-trajectory, high-speed casts — even in windy conditions.
Just before splashdown, the tip gently bows to achieve a soft presentation.
When contacting cover, the tip absorbs shocks, avoiding snags, yet when a bite occurs, it flexes smoothly and hooks securely with a strong butt.
