SC S62UL-SV・ST・AGS [FIRE FLASH F-SPEC]
Shore Competition – SC SUPER FINESSE VERSATILE
In recent years, increasingly tough fishing conditions have heightened the need for ultra-finesse rigs, where there is no room for compromise in casting precision or lure control.
The Fire Flash F-Spec is a super finesse model that not only handles ultra-light rigs but also supports small plugs that previously required a dedicated rod, achieving the versatility demanded of a Shore Competition model.
Based on the original Fire Flash, which has long been trusted to cover most rigs and lures used with spinning tackle from shore, the F-Spec has been refined to handle even lighter presentations.
Its “h-shaped taper” Mega Top R tip combines supple flexibility—able to respond to even the slightest resistance—with exceptional tactile sensitivity, allowing for delicate manipulation of finesse rigs through the tip.
At the same time, the multi-taper design, which bends parabolically down to the butt, achieves both smooth casting performance and excellent hook-up response with shad lures.
Despite its UL power rating, the carefully tuned taper, combined with the resilient, muscular strength of the SVF Compile-X blank, ensures ample hooking power.
The rod’s 2-inch shorter length than the original Fire Flash allows for even more accurate casting into tight target zones and offers finer lure control, while maintaining a consistent feel when used alongside the standard Fire Flash.
Every element—from the blank to the grip—has been redesigned to reduce weight, and the adoption of next-generation AGS (Air Guide System) further sharpens the response of the supple blank.
The result is a super-finesse versatile rod that delivers the lightweight sensitivity, operability, and competitive performance demanded by serious shore anglers.
