Product Overview

The Shimano KAIKOU MADAI LIMITED is a premium boat rod specifically designed for madai (red sea bream) fishing. Blending advanced sensitivity with high-level cushioning performance, it offers optimal control when targeting bream using delicate bait presentation techniques. This rod is tuned for both functionality and visual performance, embodying Shimano’s commitment to madai-specific gear.

Key Features

Featuring a 7:3 action, the KAIKOU MADAI LIMITED is built for responsive lure control and effective hooking. The high-sensitivity solid tip transmits even the faintest bites, while the blank provides ample cushioning to reduce hook-offs during retrieval. The rod utilizes Shimano’s exclusive Spiral X and Hi-Power X blank technologies for lightweight strength and superior torsional resistance. Designed to perform in various sea conditions, it also features an aesthetically refined finish to match its high-end functionality.

Recommended Usage

Ideal for anglers specializing in madai fishing using tai-rubber or bait rigs. Whether fishing actively or using a rod holder, this rod delivers precision bite detection, stable lure presentation, and powerful control when fighting bream and similar species in coastal and offshore waters.
